In the lead up to the Australian Domestic Gas Outlook, we interviewed some of the speakers to ask them about their views of the state of the gas market and their views were telling. Though all having varied backgrounds, the overall feeling was generally the same – though all hope isn’t lost, there are more trying times ahead.
For many, this is no surprise and the real question is; how do we get out of this mess and what does the future look like?
Without action, the future could be seriously challenging, with potential gas supply shortages. Increasing supply is the popular solution, though the real question is how?
